Terms of Sale
The terms that govern every purchase made through drovianni.com.
These terms govern every purchase made through drovianni.com. By placing an order you accept them. They do not limit the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
1. Who you are buying from
Andrii Buniak, sole proprietor (ФОП) registered in Ukraine, vul. Rohatyntsiv 24, Lviv, Ukraine. Registration number 3649301536. Contact: drovianni.b@gmail.com.
2. The goods
Rugs are one-off pieces. Each is hand-finished, so the piece you receive will differ slightly from the photographs in weave density, paint edge and colour. That is a property of the object, not a defect. Dimensions are stated per piece and may vary by up to 3 cm. Wear and accessories are produced in small batches.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and do not include the import duties or taxes of your country — see Shipping. Payment is taken at checkout. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email.
4. Commissions
A commission is agreed separately in writing before any payment. Because a commissioned piece is made to your specification, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to it — see Returns. We confirm this to you in writing before you commit.
5. Delivery
Shipping is arranged as described on the Shipping page. Risk passes to you when the carrier hands the parcel to you or to someone you have named.
6. If something is wrong with the goods
You have the statutory guarantee of conformity: for two years from delivery we are liable for goods that do not match what was described or agreed. Write to drovianni.b@gmail.com with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund.
7. Disputes
If we cannot settle a complaint directly, you may bring the matter to the consumer dispute body or the court competent for your place of residence in the EU. Nothing in these terms takes that option away.
8. Changes
We may change these terms for future orders. The version in force when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
