Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is paid by the buyer at the carrier rate. Rugs travel rolled, up to three weeks, customs and import VAT are yours.
Where we ship from
Every piece leaves our studio in Galicia, western Ukraine. Rugs are rolled, wrapped and sent as a single parcel.
Cost
Shipping is included in the price, wherever in the world you are. Nothing is added at checkout and there is no minimum order.
A 2×3 m rug is a large parcel and it does not travel cheaply. That cost sits inside the price of the piece rather than appearing at the end, so what you see on the product page is what you pay us.
Time
Rugs: dispatched within five working days, delivered in up to three weeks. Wear and accessories: dispatched within three working days. Commissions run to their own agreed schedule.
Customs, duties and import VAT
Goods are shipped from outside the European Union. Import VAT and any customs duty are charged by your own country and are paid by you, not by us. The carrier will normally collect them before delivery. This is stated again at checkout so that nothing about it is a surprise.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email at dispatch. If the tracking stops moving for more than seven days, write to drovianni.b@gmail.com and we will chase the carrier ourselves.
Gifts
If you tick This is a gift, the parcel carries no prices and no invoice. Enter the recipient as the delivery address and yourself as the billing address; the recipient never sees what was paid.
