Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Fourteen days to withdraw, without giving a reason. Return postage is yours. Commissioned pieces are excluded.
Your 14 days
If you are a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The period starts the day the parcel reaches you.
How to withdraw
Tell us in a clear statement — an email to drovianni.b@gmail.com is enough. You do not have to use a form, but you may use the model withdrawal form annexed to Directive 2011/83/EU if you prefer. Then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
Return shipping
You pay the cost of returning the goods. For a 2×3 m rug this is a real amount of money — we would rather you knew it before you order than after.
Refund
We refund the price and the standard outbound delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. We use the same payment method you used. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and properties of the goods.
What is excluded
Commissioned and personalised pieces are made to your specification and are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. We confirm this in writing before you commit to a commission.
Faulty goods
The right of withdrawal is separate from your rights if the goods are faulty or not as described. Those run for two years — see Terms of Sale.
